Spinach Salad with Dried Cranberries and Sliced Apple Toppings

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 whole apples organic
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries organic
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese organic
- 1/4 whole oranges organic
- 4 cups spinach leaves organic
- 1/2 cup tomatoes organic
- 2 tbsp walnuts organic, chopped
Dressing
- 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar organic
- 2 tbsp avocado oil organic
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice organic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions

Preparing the Salad
- Rinse and set aside the 4 cups of spinach leaves in a large bowl.
- Cut the 1/2 cup of tomatoes, 1/2 whole apple, 1/4 whole orange, and 2 tbsp of walnuts into there respected sizes and place on top of spinach leaves, followed by the 3 tbsp of cottage cheese and 2 tbsp of dried cranberries.
- Cover entire salad with the dressing once all ingredients are placed into the bowl in order to cover everything with flavor. Enjoy!
Preparing the Dressing
- Place all ingredients into a tall glass cup and whisk until everything is completely mixed.
