Spinach Salad with Dried Cranberries and Sliced Apple Toppings

Dressing
  • 1tbsp aged balsamic vinegarorganic
  • 2tbsp avocado oilorganic
  • 2tbsp fresh lemon juiceorganic
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1/8tsp sea salt
Instructions
Preparing the Salad
  1. Rinse and set aside the 4 cups of spinach leaves in a large bowl.
  2. Cut the 1/2 cup of tomatoes, 1/2 whole apple, 1/4 whole orange, and 2 tbsp of walnuts into there respected sizes and place on top of spinach leaves, followed by the 3 tbsp of cottage cheese and 2 tbsp of dried cranberries.
  3. Cover entire salad with the dressing once all ingredients are placed into the bowl in order to cover everything with flavor. Enjoy!
Preparing the Dressing
  1. Place all ingredients into a tall glass cup and whisk until everything is completely mixed.
