Spring Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 whole carrots organic
- 1 stalk celery organic
- 1 whole green onions organic
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes organic
- 2 cups vegetable broth organic
- 1/2 clove garlic organic
- 1 tbsp olive oil organic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse and chop the 1 whole carrot and 1 stalk of celery into miniature long, thin, and sharp sticks. Mince the 1 whole green onion and 1/2 clove of garlic. Chop the 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes.
- Add all of the ingredients into a cooking pot on a medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes or until the carrot and celery sticks are tender.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
