Rinse and chop the 1 whole carrot and 1 stalk of celery into miniature long, thin, and sharp sticks. Mince the 1 whole green onion and 1/2 clove of garlic. Chop the 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes.
Add all of the ingredients into a cooking pot on a medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes or until the carrot and celery sticks are tender.
