Spicy Mango and Greens Salsa
|
Ingredients
- 1/4 whole bell peppers organic, minced
- 2 tbsp cilantro organic, minced
- 1 whole green onions organic
- 1 whole jalapeno peppers organic
- 1 whole mango organic
- 1/2 cup tomatoes organic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice organic
- 2 tbsp lime juice organic
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Slice the 1 whole mango in half, remove the seed, then use a spoon to scoop out the fruit while peeling the skin.
- Use a food processor or a knife to chop finely the mango, 1/4 whole bell pepper, 1 whole jalapeno pepper, 1 whole green onion, and 1/2 cup of tomatoes.
- Add all of the ingredients including the 2 tbsp of lime juice, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp of sea salt into a medium sized bowl and mix.
- Serve with vegetables, salads, pita bread, or on most any main dish. Enjoy!
