Spicy Mango and Greens Salsa

  1. Slice the 1 whole mango in half, remove the seed, then use a spoon to scoop out the fruit while peeling the skin.
  2. Use a food processor or a knife to chop finely the mango, 1/4 whole bell pepper, 1 whole jalapeno pepper, 1 whole green onion, and 1/2 cup of tomatoes.
  3. Add all of the ingredients including the 2 tbsp of lime juice, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp of sea salt into a medium sized bowl and mix.
  4. Serve with vegetables, salads, pita bread, or on most any main dish. Enjoy!
