- 1 scoop vegetable protein powder organic
- 1 whole bananas organic
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries organic
- 1 cup frozen strawberries organic
- 1 tsp flaxseeds organic
- 1.5 tsp spirulina organic
- 1 tbsp wheat grass organic
- 3 tsp maca powder organic
- 1 cup soy milk organic
