Ingredients
- 1 leaf red leaf lettuce organic
- 1 whole bananas organic
- 1 cup pink lady apple organic, sliced
- 1 cup frozen mango slices organic
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds organic
- 2 tbsp walnuts organic
- 2 cups almond milk organic

Instructions

- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 15 seconds.
- Serve cold, and enjoy! Great for a quick low calorie snack which is high in fat to promote adipose weight-loss!
