Crunchy Vinaigrette Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup blue cheese organic
- 1/4 whole carrots organic, chopped
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes organic, chopped
- 1 clove garlic organic
- 1/4 cup peanuts organic, crushed
- 6 leaf romaine lettuce organic
- 4 tbsp olive oil organic
- 3 tbsp champagne vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Chop the 1/4 whole carrot and 1/4 cup of tomatoes into edible sizes. Mince the 1 clove of garlic and crush the 1/4 cup of peanuts finely.
- Rinse and chop the 6 leaves of romaine lettuce leaves and place into a salad bowl followed by the carrots, tomatoes, 1/4 cup of blue cheese, garlic, peanuts, 1/8 tsp of sea salt, and 1 tsp of black pepper. Then lastly, the 4 tbsp of olive oil and 3 tbsp of champagne vinegar.
