Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups cucumber organic
  • 6 stem parsley organic
  • 1/2 whole lime organic
  • 1/2 whole oranges organic
  • 1 whole pear organic
  • 1 large swiss chard leaf organic
  • 1 tbsp turmeric root organic
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
Servings: person
Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
  1. Rinse all ingredients. Slice off the skin of the 1/2 whole lime and the 1/2 whole orange.
  2. Add all ingredients except the black pepper into a juicer. Use the water last to clear the extra juices from the machine.
  3. Now add the 1/2 tsp of black pepper to the juice and stir.
  4. Serve immediately, and enjoy! Great for anti-inflammation and overall health!
