Parsley Lime and Vegetable Juice
|
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cucumber organic
- 6 stem parsley organic
- 1/2 whole lime organic
- 1/2 whole oranges organic
- 1 whole pear organic
- 1 large swiss chard leaf organic
- 1 tbsp turmeric root organic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse all ingredients. Slice off the skin of the 1/2 whole lime and the 1/2 whole orange.
- Add all ingredients except the black pepper into a juicer. Use the water last to clear the extra juices from the machine.
- Now add the 1/2 tsp of black pepper to the juice and stir.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy! Great for anti-inflammation and overall health!
