Parsley Lime and Vegetable Juice

Ingredients
  • 1.5cups cucumberorganic
  • 6stem parsleyorganic
  • 1/2whole limeorganic
  • 1/2whole orangesorganic
  • 1whole pearorganic
  • 1large swiss chard leaforganic
  • 1tbsp turmeric rootorganic
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1/2cup water
Instructions
  1. Rinse all ingredients. Slice off the skin of the 1/2 whole lime and the 1/2 whole orange.
  2. Add all ingredients except the black pepper into a juicer. Use the water last to clear the extra juices from the machine.
  3. Now add the 1/2 tsp of black pepper to the juice and stir.
  4. Serve immediately, and enjoy! Great for anti-inflammation and overall health!
