- Peel and remove the seeds if the 2 whole avocados and 1 whole mango.
- Chop finely the mango, 1 whole red onion, and 2 cloves of garlic.
- Add all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix with a large wooden spoon.
- Serve with vegetables, tacos, pita bread, or even with salads. Enjoy!
