- 1 cup black beans organic
- 1 clove garlic organic, minced
- 2 cups kidney beans organic
- 1 whole red chili pepper organic, minced
- 2 cups tomatoes organic, minced
- 1 cup yellow onion organic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions

- Chop the 1 cup of yellow onion, 1 whole red chili pepper, 2 cups of tomatoes, and 1 clove of garlic finely.
- Place all ingredients into a cooking pot and set to a medium heat. Cook for 20 minutes or until ingredients are tender and the flavors are infused. Enjoy!
