Ingredients
- 1 whole yam organic
- 1/2 cup black beans organic, cooked
- 1 whole kale leaves organic
- 1 clove garlic organic
- 1 tbsp olive oil organic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Chop the 1 clove of garlic finely. Pull the leaves off the stem of the 1 whole kale leaf.
- Slice a channel in the 1 whole yam down the middle like a baked potato. Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Then, add the 1/2 cup of black beans, kale leaves, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1/8 tsp of sea salt, and 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper. Bake for another 20 minutes or until tender.
- Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy!
