Garlic Avocado and Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 whole avocados organic
- 1 clove garlic organic, minced
- 1 stem parsley organic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil organic
- 1/4 cup aged balsamic vinegar organic
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar organic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Peel and remove the seed from the 1/2 whole avocado, then mash in a large bowl or use a food processor (blender).
- Prepare the rest of the ingredients by cutting the 1 clove of garlic and 1 tbsp of parsley into their respective sizes.
- Add all ingredients including the 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1/8 tsp of sea salt into the same large bowl or food processor (blender). Then, mix until all ingredients become a dressing like consistency and enjoy! *Use dressing for salads, vegetables, or as a dipping sauce.
