- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes organic, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber organic, chopped
- 4 tbsp feta cheese organic
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans organic
- 2 handfuls green salad mix organic
- 3 tbsp avocado oil organic
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice organic
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse and chop all ingredients into their respective sizes.
- Place the 2 handfuls of lettuce into a bowl first, followed by the 1/2 cup of garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado oil, 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice, 1/8 tsp of sea salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, and 4 tbsp of feta cheese. Enjoy!
