Ingredients
  • 1/2cup cherry tomatoesorganic, halved
  • 1/2cup cucumberorganic, chopped
  • 4tbsp feta cheeseorganic
  • 1/2cup garbanzo beansorganic
  • 2handfuls green salad mixorganic
  • 3tbsp avocado oilorganic
  • 1tbsp fresh lemon juiceorganic
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1/8tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Rinse and chop all ingredients into their respective sizes.
  2. Place the 2 handfuls of lettuce into a bowl first, followed by the 1/2 cup of garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado oil, 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice, 1/8 tsp of sea salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, and 4 tbsp of feta cheese. Enjoy!
