Celery and Spicy Black Bean Hummus
|
Ingredients
- 2 cups black beans organic, cooked
- 3 stalk celery organic
- 1 clove garlic organic
- 1/2 whole serrano peppers organic
- 2 tbsp olive oil organic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice organic
- 1 tsp paprika organic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Place all ingredients except the celery into a food processor and blend until it becomes a hummus like mixture.
- Rinse and slice the 3 stalks of celery into 2 inch sticks. Enjoy!
