  1. Chop and place the 4 cups of cauliflower into a cooking pot along with the 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Cook until cauliflower is tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Place the cauliflower into a blender along with the 1 whole green onion, 1/8 tsp of sea salt, 2 tbsp of avocado oil, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1.5 cups of vegetable broth. Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Add contents into a separate cooking pot on a low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
