  1. Rinse and add the 2 handufls of arugula lettuce to a salad bowl followed by the 1/2 cup of pomegranate kernels, 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds, 3 tbsp of feta cheese, 2 tbsp of avocado oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
