Ingredients
- 2 handfuls arugula lettuce organic
- 3 tbsp feta cheese organic
- 2 tbsp pine nuts organic
- 1/2 cup pomegranate kernels organic
- 2 tbsp avocado oil organic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice organic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse and add the 2 handfuls of arugula lettuce to a salad bowl followed by the 1/2 cup of pomegranate kernels, 2 tbsp of pine nuts, 3 tbsp of feta cheese, 2 tbsp of avocado oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
