Spinach Salad with Cranberries and Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cranberries organic, dried
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seed pepitas organic
- 2 cups spinach leaves organic
- 2 tbsp avocado oil organic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice organic
- 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse and add the 2 cups of spinach leaves to a salad bowl followed by the 1/4 cup of pumpkin seed pepitas and 1/4 cup of dried cranberries. Then, top with the 2 tbsp of avocado oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and finally the 1/8 tsp of sea salt. Enjoy!
