Instructions
Rinse and add the 2 cups of spinach leaves to a salad bowl followed by the 1/4 cup of pumpkin seed pepitas and 1/4 cup of dried cranberries. Then, top with the 2 tbsp of avocado oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and finally the 1/8 tsp of sea salt. Enjoy!
