Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk organic
- 2 tbsp chia seeds organic
- 1 cup frozen strawberries organic
- 2 tbsp turmeric root organic
- 2 scoop vanilla protein powder organic
- 1/4 whole watermelon organic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper organic *Acts as a catylist for tumeric root anti-inflammation reactions.
Servings: person
Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Slice the 1/4 whole watermelon into smaller section and remove the tough skin region.
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend for 20 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy after a hard workout or on a hot day as a meal replacement!
