Ingredients
  • 2cups almond milkorganic
  • 2tbsp chia seedsorganic
  • 1cup frozen strawberriesorganic
  • 2tbsp turmeric rootorganic
  • 2scoop vanilla protein powderorganic
  • 1/4whole watermelonorganic
  • 1/2tsp black pepperorganic *Acts as a catylist for tumeric root anti-inflammation reactions.
Instructions
  1. Slice the 1/4 whole watermelon into smaller section and remove the tough skin region.
  2. Add all ingredients into blender and blend for 20 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy after a hard workout or on a hot day as a meal replacement!
