Pear and Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries organic
- 3 tbsp feta cheese organic
- 2 handfuls green salad mix organic
- 1 whole pear organic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice organic
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar organic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Chop the 1 whole pear into small bite sized wedges.
- Add the 2 handfuls of salad mix into a bowl, followed by the pear, 1/4 cup of dried cranberries, and 3 tbsp of feta cheese. Then, add the 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper over the top of the dish targeting as much of the lettuce leaves as possible. Enjoy!
