Pear and Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
  • 1/4cup dried cranberriesorganic
  • 3tbsp feta cheeseorganic
  • 2handfuls green salad mixorganic
  • 1whole pearorganic
  • 1tbsp lemon juiceorganic
  • 1tbsp red wine vinegarorganic
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop the 1 whole pear into small bite sized wedges.
  2. Add the 2 handfuls of salad mix into a bowl, followed by the pear, 1/4 cup of dried cranberries, and 3 tbsp of feta cheese. Then, add the 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper over the top of the dish targeting as much of the lettuce leaves as possible. Enjoy!
