Orange Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp avocado oil organic *Healthy fat source.
- 1 tsp ginger root organic, minced
- 1 whole oranges organic
- 1 cup soy milk organic
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder organic

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Peel and remove any seeds from the 1 whole orange. Then, cut into 4 wedges.
- Mince the 1 tsp of ginger root.
- Add all ingredients including the 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of soy milk, and 1 tbsp of avocado oil into a blender and mix for 15 seconds. Enjoy!
