Lentil Romaine Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils organic
- 4 leaf romaine lettuce organic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice organic
- 2 tbsp olive oil organic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse and chop the 4 leaves of romaine lettuce and place them into a medium sized bowl.
- Add the 1 cup of lentils on top, followed by the 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Enjoy!
