romaine lettuce

Instructions
Rinse and chop the 4 leaves of romaine lettuce and place them into a medium sized bowl.
Add the 1 cup of lentils on top, followed by the 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Enjoy!
