Ingredients
- 4 tbsp avocado oil organic
- 2 whole bell peppers organic
- 2 clove garlic organic
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse and cut each of the 2 whole bell peppers into half sections.
- Squeeze the 2 cloves of garlic into a small bowl and add the 4 tbsp of avocado oil on top, then mix together with the garlic.
- Place each bell pepper half into the bowl and smear the garlic onto the inner skin.
- Next, add the 1/4 tsp of the sea salt to each half section and place onto the BBQ on a medium heat until tender. Enjoy!
