  1. Rinse and cut each of the 2 whole bell peppers into half sections.
  2. Squeeze the 2 cloves of garlic into a small bowl and add the 4 tbsp of avocado oil on top, then mix together with the garlic.
  3. Place each bell pepper half into the bowl and smear the garlic onto the inner skin.
  4. Next, add the 1/4 tsp of the sea salt to each half section and place onto the BBQ on a medium heat until tender. Enjoy!
