- 2 cups almond milk organic
- 1 tbsp ashwagandha powder organic
- 1 cup blueberries organic
- 1/2 whole bananas organic
- 1 tbsp honey organic
- 1/2 whole pear organic
- 2 tbsp turmeric root organic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
