Ingredients
- 1 large swiss chard leaf organic
- 2 cups cucumber organic
- 1 whole pear organic
- 1 whole oranges organic
- 8 stem italian parsley organic
- 1 tbsp turmeric root organic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse and add all the ingredients, except the black pepper, into a juicer machine. Add the 1/2 cup of water last to clear the extra juices from the machine. Add the 1/2 tsp of black pepper to the juice.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy! Great for inflammation and hydration!
