- 1 cup coconut milk organic
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree organic
- 3 tbsp chia seeds organic
- 1 tbsp honey organic
- 1 tsp ginger powder organic
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract organic
