Oven-Baked Paprika and Egg Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 whole avocados organic
- 2 whole eggs organic, *Can also use just the egg whites
- 1/2 whole green onions organic, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice the 1 whole avocado in half and remove the seed.
- Crack and place an egg white and yolk into the now open bowl shape of the avocado. Do this for each open half.
- Chop finely and garnish each half with the 1/2 whole green onion.
- Season each avocado half with the 1 tsp of paprika, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, and 1/8 tsp of sea salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
