Oven-Baked Paprika and Egg Avocado

Ingredients
  • 1whole avocadosorganic
  • 2whole eggsorganic, *Can also use just the egg whites
  • 1/2whole green onionsorganic, chopped
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 1/4tsp black pepper
  • 1/8tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Slice the 1 whole avocado in half and remove the seed.
  3. Crack and place an egg white and yolk into the now open bowl shape of the avocado. Do this for each open half.
  4. Chop finely and garnish each half with the 1/2 whole green onion.
  5. Season each avocado half with the 1 tsp of paprika, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, and 1/8 tsp of sea salt.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
