Homemade Roasted Peanuts and Sea Salt

*Cooking times may vary.
- Heat large deep frying pan to a medium/high heat and add the 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Once the pan is hot, add the 3 cups of peanuts and 1/2 tsp of sea salt. While stirring regularly, cook until the peanuts begin to brown and smell stronger, about 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool, and enjoy!
