Ingredients
  • 3cups peanutsorganic, with the pink skin
  • 2tbsp olive oilorganic
  • 1/2tsp sea saltorganic
Instructions
  1. Heat large deep frying pan to a medium/high heat and add the 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  2. Once the pan is hot, add the 3 cups of peanuts and 1/2 tsp of sea salt. While stirring regularly, cook until the peanuts begin to brown and smell stronger, about 20 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool, and enjoy!
