Garlic Roasted Pistachios with Black Pepper and Sea Salt

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic organic
- 3 cups pistachios organic
- 2 tbsp olive oil organic
- 1/2 tsp course black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Chop the 1 clove of garlic finely.
- Heat a deep frying pan and remove all the 3 cups of pistachios from their shells and place into the hot pan with the 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 tsp of sea salt, 1/2 tsp of course black pepper, and garlic.
- Cook while stirring continuously until the pistachios begin to brown, about 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
