  1. Chop the 1 clove of garlic finely.
  2. Heat a deep frying pan and remove all the 3 cups of pistachios from their shells and place into the hot pan with the 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 tsp of sea salt, 1/2 tsp of course black pepper, and garlic.
  3. Cook while stirring continuously until the pistachios begin to brown, about 15 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool and enjoy!
