- Heat a frying pan to a medium/high heat and place the 3 tbsp of olive oil in the pan with the 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/8 tsp of sea salt, and 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic for preheating.
- Slice the 1 whole eggplant into 1/4 inch thick strips.
- Then, place each strip into the frying pan and cook until each side is brown and crispy.; about 10 minutes. Add extra sea salt and olive oil for flavor. Enjoy!
