- 1/4 whole apples organic, minced
- 2 tbsp buckwheat organic
- 2 tbsp chia seeds organic
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds organic
- 1 tbsp honey organic
- 2 cups soy milk organic

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Chop the 1/4 whole apple fruit finely and place all contents into a bowl. Then, mix them until evenly distributed.
- Finally, add the 2 cups of soy milk as desired and enjoy! *May also use almond milk or rice milk.
