Ingredients
  • 1/4whole applesorganic, minced
  • 2tbsp buckwheatorganic
  • 2tbsp chia seedsorganic
  • 2tbsp hemp seedsorganic
  • 1tbsp honeyorganic
  • 2cups soy milkorganic
Instructions
  1. Chop the 1/4 whole apple fruit finely and place all contents into a bowl. Then, mix them until evenly distributed.
  2. Finally, add the 2 cups of soy milk as desired and enjoy! *May also use almond milk or rice milk.
