  1. Heat a frying pan to medium/high. Add the 2 tbsp of avocado oil, 1 tsp of cayenne pepper, and 1/4 tsp of sea salt.
  2. Rinse and slice each of the 4 cups of brussel sprouts in half. Chop the 3 cups of yellow onion into sharp edged 1 inch sections. Add the vegetables to the frying pan and cook for 15 minutes or until everything is tender, while stirring.
  3. Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy! *Tastes great over a bowl of basmati rice.
