Avocado Tomato Lettuce Wraps
|
Ingredients
- 1 leaf green leaf lettuce organic
- 1/2 whole avocados organic
- 1 whole roma tomatoes organic, chopped
- 1/2 cup white onion organic, chopped
- 2 tbsp feta cheese organic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse and set the 1 large leaf of green leaf lettuce aside.
- Slice in half, remove the seed, and peel the 1/2 whole avocado, then slice it into long thin strips and season them with the 1/8 tsp of sea salt and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Chop the 1 whole roma tomato, and slice the 1/2 cup of white onion thinly.
- Plate the wraps by adding the avocado along with the roma tomatoes, white onion and feta cheese. Then, wrap like a burrito.
- Serve at room temperature, and enjoy!
