- Remove the skin of the 8 cloves of garlic and add them to a frying pan on a medium/high heat. Add the 2 tbsp of olive oil on top of each clove, followed by the 1/4 tsp of sea salt and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Cook each side of the clove until golden brown, about 5 minutes total.
- Add the 1 tsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar onto a plate. Then, place the garlic cloves very subtly on top.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy!
