Pistachio, Pumpkin Seed, Banana Chip Runner’s Trail Mix

Ingredients
- 1 whole bananas organic
- 2 cups pistachios organic, without shells
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seed pepitas organic
- 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Chop the 1 whole banana into thin wafers and place onto a cooking sheet and into the oven. Bake until the banana slices become hardened chips, about 20 minutes. Then, remove and allow to cool.
- Add the banana chips, 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds, 2 cups of pistachios, and 1/2 tsp of pink himalayan salt to a medium sized container with a lid and shake for 10 seconds for mixing. Enjoy!
