Healthy Sea Salted Yam Fries

Instructions
*Cooking times may vary.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice the 1 whole yam into french fry cuts. Place the slices onto a baking sheet, then top with the 2 tbsp of avocado oil and 1/2 tsp of sea salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes, and serve while hot. Enjoy!
