*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse and slice the 1 whole zucchini into small edible circles.
- Add all the ingredients into a cooking pot on a medium heat. Cook until the zucchini pieces are tender, about 10 minutes. If they fall off of a 3 pronged fork easily, they are done.
- Allow to cool slightly. Eat the zucchini slices first, then drink the broth. Enjoy!
