- Place the 2 tbsp of slices of ginger root and 3 cups of water into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Then, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of honey, then stir to dissolve.
- Serve while hot for sore throats, sickness, or an immunity boost. Ginger tea can also be very spicy, add extra water and honey to dilute and calm the heat. Also, keep to 2 or less cups per day for consumption. Enjoy!
